Maev Creaven
(BEng, MSc, Dip NT, mBANT)
Prior to Maevs career as a nutritionist, she studied Electronic Enginnering and also received a Masters in Computer Studies. From working within the engineering industry, Maev understands how stress, a busy lifestyle and working long hours can play a large part in making poor dietary choices and impact on health. She has had firsthand experience of making lifestyle changes, providing her with an insight as to how good nutrition can provide zest and vitality for life.
Rather than focusing on symptoms eradication, Maev’s approach is designed to develop a program that is suited to her client’s unique needs, to help them experience their highest potential for health and wellbeing.
Maev is constantly updating her knowledge of the latest scientific, evidence-based research and believes that with the right support, education and motivation, anyone can achieve their goals and live a healthier, happier life.
In addition to clinical work, Maev is passionate about detoxifying the body. She has vast experience from working on retreats and detoxification programs in Ireland, Holland, Guatemala, India and with Jason Vale in Turkey. Maev also enjoys giving talks (public and corporate), writes newspaper articles and lectures in nutrition.

Maev is a member of BANT. BANT act as a professional body for nutritional therapy practitioners and those working in the wider application of nutritional science. They also promote high standards of education, training, practice and integrity in the nutrition profession
