    TESTIMONALS

"I can't believe the difference changing my diet has made to how I feel. I no longer have that bloated feeling after foods I've also lost 13lb in 2 months without ever feeling hungry. Thank you Maev Creaven!"(M.K.)

I have found my consultations with Maev to be extremely beneficial. She was able to pinpoint trigger foods which led to me being able to almost completely stop taking a proton pump inhibitor that I had previously needed to take daily. I have also found that I no longer suffer with eczema out breaks since starting the supplement plan she recommended. As well as being extremely professional she is easy to talk to and explains things in a really thorough and clear way. (B. Kennedy)

"Maev made the cookery class fun yet information. I have tried out many of the recipes on my family and we all love them. Maev is very knowledgable about foods and their health benefits. I highly recommend spending an afternoon cooking with Maev.(L.H.)

Christmas Sweets

Ingredients

125g Walnuts
125g ready-to-eat dried dates
125g ready-to-eat dried figs
A pinch each of ground cinnamon and grated nutmeg

Instructions
Place the walnuts, dried fruit and spices into a food processor and process until it forms an homogenous mass. Add a few drops of filtered water if necessary to hold it together.

Remove the blades from the food processor and then take walnut-sized amounts of the mixture and roll between the palms of your hands to form balls.

You could either store them in the fridge as they are or roll them in chopped or ground nuts, desiccated coconut, try corn flour to make them look like snowballs or Green and Black’s Organic Cocoa Powder, as we’ve done.

Wheat-free, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, vegan, can be made nut-free.

Can be made in advance and stored in the fridge.
