Tzakiki
You will need:
— 1/4 cucumber, peeled and shredded
— 120g natural probiotic yogurt
— 1 cloves garlic, minced
— 1 tsp chopped mint
Instructions:
• Drain cucumber and put in a bowl.
• Add the yogurt, garlic season to taste.
• Chill for 2 hours.
• Add the mint when serving mix through.
