Virtual consultations (Skype / FaceTime / phone) are just as effective as face-to-face sessions only you get to be in the comfort of your own home. Virtual consulting is often more convenient for the most clients with a busy lifestyle or for those that do not live nearby.

Personalised Consultations are the best way for you to learn about your own nutritional needs. When you hear or read about various nutrition recommendations or advice, you don’t really know if it applies to you. Sure, you may be experiencing some symptoms that the advice claims to address but your medical history, lifestyle choices, food preferences, etc. are not taken into account.
An individual consult is one of those times when it truly is “all about you.”
Once an appointment is scheduled, we will send you our Comprehensive Questionnaire by email. This includes health history, symptom assessment, and a 5-7 day food diary. We will look at not just what you eat, but how your diet affects your energy, moods etc.
We will need to receive this back at least one days prior to your first appointment. This gives Maev time to review the forms, and helps to maximise your time together. If you have recent blood tests or other lab reports, please include these.
The initial session will be scheduled for 60 minutes to get further information about your health condition, lifestyle and goals.
Based on this information we will make recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes. Specific meal plans and suggestions for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be discussed. If appropriate you will also be given recommendations for nutritional supplements. Otherwise this will be discussed in the follow up session.
Your “Action Plan” will be emailed within 5-7 working days.
For most clients, we strongly recommend at least three consultations commitment in order to see progress.
