What I have noticed over the two decades of working as a nutritional therapist is that we get the greatest results when the client understands the WHY behind their health issue and WHY I am recommending a certain type of programme, protocol , diet, supplement etc.

You will learn what is the RIGHT way of eating based on your bloods, genomics and health goals.

You have a few options to choose from and on the Discovery Call (FREE introductory call), I can recommend a plan that suits your health goals, taking into considering your time, knowledge and budget.

With an engineering degree (Electronic and Sofware), tracking and testing is vitally important for progress. How else are you supposed to know what is working or not! During the programmes you will learn how to asses your markers and numbers from bloods, KPIs.

Your blood will not lie, hence why each consultation will start with an in-depth review of your bloods using your most recent GP blood test. For those suffering with longer term health complaints or wish to delve deeper into predictive markers, I also offer many different advanced tests.

I am always happy to hear of your progress via email, however I can not offer the best ‘client-care’ via emails. If you have numerous questions within a health plan, please email in advance and we can schedule short mini calls to address all. If your question doesn’t require research (ie. without a need to review / reopen your file), I will do my best to respond within 24 working hours. Please know, I want the best for you and every request for a plan evaluation requires professional time and expertise and the need to refer to your chart, labs, treatment plan for responsible management.

Book A Test 

Testing is available to clients of Maev Creaven Nutrition clinics. If you are not already a client, there are numerous ways to become one , see above Packages. If however, you have not completed any of the programmes above, you may book an ‘Initial Consultation’ as a stand alone. Ideal for those that really know what they want, your healthcare practitioners has requested this and/or needs an interpretation of more advanced panels.

Note: Additional time is spent on each test interpretation out of the consultancy time. There is an additional charge of per test. Please request quote when ordering two or more tests. Some tests require very little time, others can be time consuming on review your notes, other labs etc!
